1. Most important is to sleep by 10 pm and wake up by 5 am, every day. Nothing can compensate for this. Disease-free life is not possible if you can’t wake up before sunrise every morning and sleep on time. Remember, which hours of sleep is more important than 7-8 hours of sleep. The liver is a vital organ responsible for filtering and detoxifying blood, metabolizing nutrients, and eliminating waste products. Liver function peaks between 10:00 PM and 2:00 AM, when the body is in a state of deep sleep. So, if you miss this window of quality sleep, detoxification is suboptimal and you are bound to age faster. 😴🌙


2. Dinner should be light and before Sunset. We are part of nature and our digestion works with the sun, weakening as the day progresses. No heavy foods, wheat, or rice for dinner. Soup or mono-fruit is best.🌅🍲


3. Eat freshly cooked meals only. The essential life force in food that provides nourishment is maximum when it is closest to source and consumed fresh. As a household we worked towards not consuming left overs from earlier meals, not refrigerating, freezing, thawing or reheating food.


4)Avoid processed food, no bread, biscuits, anything in a packet is unhealthy.


5) Eat one meal of only fresh fruits or vegetables a day. Don’t mix cooked and uncooked foods.


6)Exercise 45 min daily


7)Consistency over Intensity


8)No snacking in between meals


9) No tea or Coffee on empty stomach or with meals, have it 2 hours after breakfast if necessary.


10)Don’t skip breakfast, have it early by 8am.


11) Don’t follow fad diets, eat regional and seasonal and freshly cooked. Don’t overeat in a meal.


12) Sit down and eat, don’t talk while eating, don’t watch phone or tv when eating.


13) Quality of Calories is what counts not quantity.


14)I I was wearing XL clothes ,but I fit a M size now.


15) 80% diet/20% exercise. Most lifestyle diseases like diabetes, hypertension are reversible.


16)Nights are for sleeping, and sleep is your reward for hard work, never compromise on your sleep. Only burglars or ghosts have any reason to be out at night.


17) Disease free life is not possible if you can’t wake up before sunrise every morning and sleep on time.


18)Feeling good is as important as looking good , when you are fit and healthy you will feel both.


19)The doctor is not your friend, you should not have to meet him/her.


20)I am only advising what the user has followed for last 10 years.
